Documents Needed to Record IPRs

1). Application Form, including the following details:
a. name, registered address, domicile, legal representative and main business address of the owner of the IPRs;
b. trademark registration number, registered goods and validity terms; patent number, claims and validity terms; or information of the copyrights;
c. the name and origin of the goods relating to the intellectual property;
d. authorized user or licensee of the IPRs;
e. ports, import/export agents, normal prices of the goods related to the IPRs;
f. manufacturer, import/export agents, main ports, prices of the suspected infringing goods relating to IPRs.

2). Copies of IPRs Certificates, including, copies of trademark registration certificates, patent certificates or evidence showing the copyright ownership.

3). Power of Attorney, signed by the owner of IPRs.
