Jing YU specializes in patent prosecution. She has extensive experiences in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in computer science and engineering, telecommunication and electronics. She represents leading IT multi-national corporations for their telecommunication and computer-related inventions.

Education and Related Experience
Jin YU earned both her B.S. degree and M.S. degree in computer science from North Jiaotong University in 1986 and 1989. She studied US patent law and practice in Washington D.C. in 2001. Jin YU has practiced intellectual property law  in Beijing since 1993.
