Yongliang specializes in patent prosecution. He has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in organic chemistry, polymers, pharmaceuticals, new materials, inorganic chemistry, chemical engineering and chemical equipment. He is specialist in domestic and international patent filing procedures and an expert in patent docketing and data management.

Education and Related Experience
Yongliang graduated from Xiamen University in 1977 and following his graduation, he worked in the petro-chemical industry for ten years until 1986. He has practiced intellectual property law in Beijing since 1986.

Professional Activities
Yongliang is the co-author of "Inventions and Patents" published in 1990. He is a member of All China Patent Attorneys Association.
