Areas of Emphasis

Na LI focuses on trademark prosecution, licensing, enforcement and other intellectual property related matters. She represents and advises international and multi-national corporations and assists them to overcome difficulties in securing their intellectual property rights. Her experience also extends to international trademark registrations (Madrid Agreement and Protocol).

Education and Related Experience
Na LI earned her B. A. degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1992. and her J.M. degree from the Law School of Peking University. She received her training in trademarks in U.K. in 1996. She studied European and German intellectual property law and practice in Germany in 1999. Na LI has practiced intellectual property law in Beijing since 1994.
