Areas of Emphasis

Jinhui focuses mainly on patent prosecution and litigation. He has extensive experiences in drafting and prosecuting patent applications as well as in patent re-examination and invalidation proceedings. He represents domestic and foreign clients in polymer chemistry and engineering, organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, crop protection, new materials, inorganic chemistry and chemical equipments. Jinhui's expertise further extends to protection of new plant varieties and agro-chemicals.

Education and Related Experience
Jinhui earned his B.S. degree in organic and pharmaceutical chemistry from Xiangtan University in 1991 and his M.S. degree in polymer chemistry and engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1994. He studied US patent practice in Washington D.C. in 1997. Jinhui has practiced intellectual property law in Beijing since 1994.
