Yun CHEN focuses on trademark prosecution and clearance. As a trademark specialist, she represents clients in oppositions and cancellations and other related matters. She has extensive experience in procedures relating to international trademark registrations and has unparalleled expertise and skills in trademark clearance and search.

Education and Related Experience
Yun CHEN earned her B.A. degree from Beijing Institute of Foreign Languages in 1983. She worked in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) as a legal assistant until 1986. She studied industrial property law in France in 1990 and 1991. Yun CHEN has practiced intellectual property law in Beijing since 1988.

Professional Activities
Yun CHEN speaks on trademark issues in a number of international seminars. She is a member of Chinese Group of AIPPI and LES.
