Haihong focuses on patent prosecution. He represents both domestic and foreign clients in the field of electric and electronic patents. He has extensive experiences particularly in the preparation and prosecution of utility models. Haihong is an expert in international patent filing procedures and in securing patent registration in Hong Kong.

Education and Related Experience
Haihong earned his B.S. degree in electronics in 1982 and a diploma in law in 1987. He studied Japanese patent practice in Tokyo in 1986. He has practiced intellectual property law in Beijing since 1984.

Professional Activities
Haihong is a member of Chinese Group of AIPPI and All China Patent Attorneys Association.
